Shipping Policies

All items are shipped USPS or UPS via the least expensive method unless customer requests expedited delivery.
No COD orders. Orders are shipped within three days of order. 
Shipping fees will be actual cost via the carrier's rates for that parcel and delivery zip code.
DVD programs have no handling fees.  Drop ship orders may be subject to a handling fee.

International Shipping Policy

For International Shipping to all countries, simply choose International Shipping. We will calculate shipping costs and get your approval before shipping.

For all orders outside the U.S., you will be responsible for Customs fees, duties, tariffs, taxes, and/or fees that apply for your country.

Return Policy

MrVideoDinosaurs.com will replace all defective media or merchandise within 10 days of ship date.
Contact us for a return authorization. Replacement orders shipped for free. The customer pays for return postage of defective product. 

Backorder Policy

If a product is not in stock we will contact the customer via email regarding back order status and expected ship date.
Customer may then confirm or cancel the order. 

Damaged Goods Policy

Damaged or defective goods will be replaced within ten days of ship date.
